Step-by-step instructions for making Tomato Beef Soup:
1. Purchase high-quality tomatoes that are naturally ripe.
2. Soak beef brisket and beef ribs in cold water for an hour, then blanch them to remove blood water, and rinse with hot water.
3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry tomatoes and ginger.
4. Once the tomatoes are mashed, add 40g of refined tomato paste and mix evenly.
5. Transfer to an electric pressure cooker, add two bay leaves, and press the beef button for 45 minutes.
6. Open the lid, season with a pinch of salt.
7. The beef brisket is tender and just right.
8. The taste is fresh and pure upon entry.
9. The beef ribs are also tender with a certain chewiness.
