Hong Kong-Style Breakfast Recipe with Whole Wheat Sushi

Ingredients for Hong Kong-style breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat sushi, an appropriate amount of ham, cheese slices, tomato sauce, and an appropriate amount of eggs.
Steps for making Hong Kong-style breakfast:


1. Trim the corners of the toast slices and roll them with a rolling pin to flatten them.


2. Trim the corners of the ham and cheese slices and shape them.


3. Beat the whole eggs and place them in a flat dish.


4. Place a slice of ham on the toast.


5. Add a slice of cheese.


6. Place another slice of ham on top.


7. Apply egg mixture around the edges of the toast.


8. Finally, cover with another slice of toast.


9. While heating the oil in the pan, dip the toast in the egg mixture.
