Method for preparing Breakfast Fusion:
Step 1: Season minced meat, vermicelli, carrots, and egg liquid with salt and green onions. Roll out dumpling wrappers with a rolling pin and form into small parcels. Pan-fry in an electric griddle.
Step 2: Cook glutinous and millet rice in an electric rice cooker, spread out the rice, add ham sausage, and shape the marinated eggs into balls.
Step 3: Steam glutinous and millet rice in the electric rice cooker, then mix with dried vegetables from dried vegetable meat, and shape into small balls.
Step 4: Boil eggs for ten minutes with shells on. Shell them, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, and rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for an hour over low heat.
Step 5: Thaw hand-grabbed pancakes, fold both sides towards the middle to form a rectangle, place bacon and eggs, and roll up. Seal the sides, sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Boil pasta until cooked. Stir-fry shredded meat, shrimp, green peas, and corn kernels, add tomato sauce, ground pepper, and sea salt. After frying, mix with pasta and serve with boiled eggs.
Step 7: Mix eggs, flour, and a pinch of salt with water to form a batter. Pour a little oil into the electric griddle, pour in the egg mixture, and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Place the fried bacon and lettuce on the pancake, sprinkle with black pepper, spread tomato sauce evenly, roll up, and cut into segments.
Step 8: Boil eggs, shell them, and cut into pieces. Dice salmon, stir-fry green peas and corn kernels in hot oil, add salmon and rice until the rice is separated, season with salt and ground black pepper, and add eggs.
