Crispy Cumin Potato Slices Recipe

Ingredients for Crispy Cumin Potato Slices:
– 3 potatoes


– Cooking oil, as needed


– 2 tablespoons cumin powder


– 2 tablespoons chili powder


– 1 tablespoon five-spice powder


– 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds


– Salt, as needed



Method for Crispy Cumin Potato Slices:


Step 1: Peel the potatoes.


Step 2: Slice the potatoes.


Step 3: Boil in cold water for 5 minutes.


Step 4: Drain and set aside.


Step 5: In a bowl, combine cumin powder, chili powder, five-spice powder, white sesame seeds, and salt.


Step 6: Mix well.


Step 7: Heat oil in a pan and add potato slices.


Step 8: Fry until both sides are slightly golden; I fried the potato slices in two batches.


Step 9: Add the spice powder.


Step 10: Stir evenly.


Step 11: Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions.


Step 12: The final product.
