Ingredients for Breakfast Burger:
– 2 regular burger buns
– 3 liang (approximately 150 grams) of lean pork
– 2 slices of cheese
– Bread crumbs, as needed
– 2 lettuce leaves
– 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing
– 1 piece of butter
– 2 cherry tomatoes
Instructions for Making Breakfast Burger:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients mentioned above; remember to marinate the meat in advance! (Slice the meat thicker, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, sugar, sesame oil, and refrigerate overnight to marinate.)
Step 2: Spread Thousand Island dressing on the buns and place cheese strips on top.
Step 3: Put the buns in the oven for five minutes (adjust time based on your oven, until the cheese is slightly melted and the bread is golden brown).
Step 4: While the cheese is melting, take out the meat slices, evenly coat them with bread crumbs, press firmly, and repeat until the coating is secure.
Step 5: Heat a pan over low heat and add butter.
Step 6: Pan-fry the meat slices in the butter until both sides are golden brown.
Step 7: Remove the buns from the oven.
Step 8: This is the fried meat slice, remove excess oil with kitchen paper (the meat alone is also very delicious, can be served as a Western dish, hehe).
Step 9: Place the fried meat slice, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes on the buns.
Step 10: Your breakfast burger is ready, enjoy!
