Delicious Breakfast Recipe for Two

Ingredients for breakfast (serving two):
2 slices of bread, 2 small tomatoes, half an avocado, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 eggs, a little nori, a little shrimp skin, 1 pack of Qingmei thick soy milk, 1 pack of glucono delta-lactone (3 grams), 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, a little scallion.



Breakfast preparation steps:


1. Avocado and tomatoes – 2 small tomatoes and half an avocado are sufficient.


2. Blend the tomatoes and avocado in a mixer until smooth.


3. The sweet avocado-tomato sauce is ready.


4. Scramble the eggs.


5. Prepare one pack of thick soy milk and one pack of glucono delta-lactone.


6. Place the glucono delta-lactone in a bowl, add a little cool boiled water.


7. Boil the soy milk, let it cool for 2-3 minutes, then pour it into the bowl with glucono delta-lactone and wait for it to set.


8. While cooling, chop some pickled mustard greens. In a bowl, place nori, shrimp skin, pickled mustard greens, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, scallion, hot water, and finally, spoon the tofu brain into the bowl on the right. A beautiful bowl of tofu brain is ready, not inferior to store-bought, haha.


9. Toast the bread in the oven until golden on both sides, spread the sweet avocado-tomato sauce, top with scrambled eggs, and serve with a bowl of homemade tofu brain.
