Step 4: Cut the chicken bones, chicken claws, and chicken necks into small pieces, along with the flat mushroom and chicken feather vegetables.
Step 5: Blanch the chicken pieces in a pot, add a piece of ginger, a few Sichuan peppercorns, and a spoonful of cooking wine, bring to a boil.
Step 6: Boil for a while longer, then remove, rinse, and drain.
