Broccoli 1 head
Garlic 3 cloves
Jinlongyu Grandma’s Small Press Rapeseed Oil 3 tablespoons
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Fine salt 1 teaspoon
Rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
Steps for making Garlic Broccoli:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Step 2: Clean the broccoli and cut it into small florets, then blanch in a pot for one minute
Step 3: Drain and remove from the pot
Step 4: Pour Jinlongyu Grandma’s Small Press Rapeseed Oil into the pot and fry the minced garlic until fragrant
Step 5: Add broccoli
Step 6: Add rice vinegar to enhance the aroma
Step 7: Season with black pepper and fine salt
Step 8: Stir fry evenly until the flavors are well incorporated
Step 9: Serve and plate
