How to Make Rice Balls with Leftover Rice

Ingredients for Rice Balls: leftover rice, 2 eggs, 1 ham sausage.
Method for making salad rice balls:


Step 1: First, reheat the leftover rice in a pot, spread it on a plate, sprinkle with a little salt evenly, and let it cool. While the rice is steaming, boil two eggs in the pot. Mash the boiled eggs with a spoon, and dice the ham sausage.


Step 2: Mix two spoonfuls of salad dressing (use salty, not sweet and fragrant salad dressing).


Step 3: Wet your hands or apply a layer of oil, spread the cooled rice flat in your palm, press it down, place the just-mixed ‘filling’ in the middle. Then cover the ‘filling’ with the same amount of rice, make sure it’s even, and roll it into a ball with both hands.


Step 4: Decorate with nori or any other edible items that can be eaten directly!
