Pig’s Trotter Lotus Seed Soup Recipe

Ingredients for Pig’s Trotter Lotus Seed Soup:
Lotus seeds – 1 handful


Salt – a pinch


Pig’s trotter meat – 1 piece


Chinese yam slices – 3 slices


Dried tangerine peel – 1 small piece



Instructions for making Pig’s Trotter Lotus Seed Soup:


Step 1: Begin with a finished product image.


Step 2: Cut the pig’s trotter into pieces and place them in an electric pressure cooker, adding drinking water.


Step 3: Add lotus seeds.


Step 4: Add dried tangerine peel.


Step 5: Add Chinese yam slices, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, and pressure cook for 25 minutes.
