Poached Egg and Shredded Radish Soup Recipe

Ingredients for Poached Egg and Shredded Radish Soup: 2 eggs, 1/4 radish, 1 sprig of cilantro, 1 spoonful of Golden Dragonfish Grandma’s Small Press Rapeseed Oil, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of refined salt.
Method: Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients. Step 2: Pour in Grandma’s Small Press Rapeseed Oil and crack two eggs into it, this way the eggs will not have a fishy smell. Step 3: Fry the eggs until they are solid and golden brown on both sides. Step 4: Use a spatula to break the eggs into pieces and pour in 250 milliliters of water. Step 5: Grate the radish into fine shreds using a grater. Step 6: After the water boils, pour in the radish shreds. Step 7: Add one teaspoon of refined salt and pepper, and simmer for about five minutes. Step 8: Sprinkle with cilantro before serving. Step 9: Serve in a bowl and it is ready to eat.
